Sandy Hook Fishing

Sandy Hook Fishing Adventures offers Private Charters for personal groups, or  Shared Charter (Open Boat) with other anglers.  We limit our groups to 4 Anglers to ensure your comfort, maximized fishing experience and personal service.

We not only attract experienced fishermen but we also cater to the novice angler and families. We can instruct you to help you land that trophy fish. There is nothing like watching your son or daughter land that first Striper or Doormat Fluke.

Running out of the Sea Venture Marina in Highlands, NJ, we are in some of the finest fishing territory on the East coast. We fish Raritan Bay, Sandy Hook Bay, the Shrewsbury and Navesink Rivers and near shore from Long Island to Asbury Park.

Our Fishery offers numerous opportunities for your angling adventure, from chasing the Cow Striped Bass during the Spring and Fall Runs to Fluke Fishing in the Bays and deeper waters of the Atlantic Ocean for those doormats. There is excellent bottom fishing our near shore wrecks and rock piles for Black Sea Bass, Porgy's and Tog.

Your Adventure on the water can be customized to fit your needs, everything you need is included in your trip Rods/Reels, Bait and Tackle. Your catch is iced after being caught and upon returning to the dock it's cleaned and bagged for you.

You or your party do not need a Fishing License or NOAA Registration, as we have all needed Licenses and Registrations to fish New Jersey and New York waters.

Thank you for your interest in us and we look forward to fishing with you.

8/14 3 Generations of the Booth Family Fluking
Latest Fishing Reports and News

Today we had on 3 generations of the Booth Family for a half day Fluke Trip, Lance and his lovely wife, his daughter Chris and son-in-law Dave and grandsons Ryan 7 and Adian 3. Day was picture perfect but conditions were tough. Had a stiff SE wind and then it was wind against tide. Dispite this the day was a blast, young Ryan caught the first Fluke of his life and the fisrt in the boat, Lance boated a healthy 19" fish and then it was weeding through the shorts. Conditions were real tough but the fish did chew. Chris came on strong at the end and wound up high hook for the day. A great family and I really enjoyed seeing the boys taking it all in.
