Deposits

All trips require a $100.00 deposit. This must be received with the signed contract  within 7 days of the verbal booking. 

Charters may be re-scheduled up to 14 days prior to your trip.

The captain reserves the right to cancel due to weather (rain is not a weather factor), storm warning, mechanical problems or any other conditions which inhibits the safe operation of the vessel. Should this occur, your deposit will be applied to another charter date.Every effort will be made to reschedule any trip that is canceled  to your convienience, or your Deposit will be refunded
